Returns
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original condition with tags
- In original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.
Change of Mind
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at: contact@bowdownworld.com
We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
